Christina Byrne is a storyteller, mentor, and leader who has spent more than two decades shaping how communities connect with the roads and rails they rely on every day. Her career in public outreach and project management has placed her at the heart of some of Southern California’s most visible transportation projects, where she’s built trust, navigated challenges, and helped turn complex plans into reality.

Away from the boardrooms and construction sites, Christina’s journey has been anything but straightforward. Diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in her twenties and told motherhood might not be possible, she has faced setbacks with grit, humor, and a fierce determination to keep showing up.
